Deer looking at you at Miyajima

Miyajima Island, near Hiroshima, is a spiritual / touristy spot. There you can see hundreds of deer, hanging out everywhere - as they were just checking out people visiting the island. Occasionally, they chase the tourists for food.

If you hike-up to the temples on the hill, you may also be able to see monkeys.
Be aware though, monkeys can get quite aggressive, when they see you caring something. Thinking it is be food, they may try snatching it from you.
