I've noticed the similarity between the Japanese Kanji called "Taka" - having the meaning of "Expensive" or "High" - and the Vancouver 2010 Olympics logo "Ilanaaq".
It makes me wonder if whoever designed the logo intended to give a hint that the 2010 games will be either expensive or of a high quality.
